OUR REALISATIONS
COJEAN
COJEAN
SOKA provides lighting for all of the French fast food chain Cojean’s restaurants.
Founded in Paris by Alain Cojean in 2000, it has continued to grow year on year, and today has a network of 35 restaurants – largely located within the French capital. Specialising in the preparation of salads, sandwiches, soups, fruit juices and hot dishes, Cojean strives for eco-responsibility. From eco-designed packaging, to the composting of bio-waste and the use of seasonal, organically farmed products, with lactose-free and vegetarian options, and no fried food, Cojean offers its customers healthy, gourmet and balanced cuisine, while ensuring responsible and exemplary management.
As part of the expansion of its restaurants, Cojean called on the interior designer Hervé Vermesch to design all of its restaurants. With its minimalist and very designer decor, all of these restaurants share the same iconic look: a concept which was maintained via the work of the MIMO architecture studio. When it came to lighting, they wanted this to be both powerful and varied. As a result, we have opted for our HENOTA recessed ceiling light fixture, alongside GYROSPOT 50s and 111s, with anti-glare cones for general lighting. Finally, we’ve added indirect lighting through light troves and behind benches, accompanied by backlighting on the checkout counters and refrigerators.
